Smoothie is good to drink on warm weather. Here's a recipe of smoothie. It's easy to make from scratch.
Ingredients:
1 8-oz. carton Light Vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup frozen whole strawberries
1/4 cup apple juice
1 frozen banana, chopped
In a blender, combine yogurt, strawberries, juice and banana.
Cover and blend until smooth. Makes 2 glasses. (2 cups)
