During my nephew's birthday a couple of weeks ago, my sister made vegetable lumpia and it turned out good but my hubby said that my lumpia taste better. I got a fan here, LOL!
Here are the ingredients for vegetable lumpia of my sister:
bean sprouts ( as many as you want)
1 small bowl ground beef or any meat that you prefer
1 carrot
1/4 baguio beans
salt and pepper
1/4 cabbage
Onions
garlic
3 squares tokwa - diced
oil for frying
lumpia wrapper
How To Prepare:
First, sautee garlic, onions, tokwa and ground beef in oil.
Add the vegetables( bean sprouts, carrot, baguio beans and cabbage) if beef is ready.
Add salt and pepper to add flavor.
Set aside if ready.
Next, let the sauteed ingredients to cool before wrapping it with lumpia wrapper.
After which, set the frying pan, heat oil and start frying!
Use a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve hot!

Hello, my name is Alex and I was asked by my really good friend to help her make some food for a church lunch, and she asked me to make Vegetable Lumpia. Now is there any thing special to do if you need to make 100 rolls? It may be a dumb question but, Ive never made anything like this before. If there i any advise you can give me, I would greatly appreciate it.
Hi! How can this be a VEGETABLE lumpia if there is a MEAT on the ingredients. Vegetarians won't be able to eat this.
I lyk it soooooo much...
I want to make it at home...
Actually, I'm expecting for your own lumpia sauce....
